    What happens if I exceed the designated Step limit?

    When you reach the Step limit defined in your package, you will need to purchase a new package that meets your needs to ensure your monitoring processes continue without interruption. Steps are defined as usage rights; when your current rights are depleted, you can continue your usage by purchasing a new Step package.

    Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want. After cancellation, you will continue to use the service until the end of your current paid billing cycle; your subscription will not be renewed once the cycle ends.

    Do you issue corporate invoices?

    Yes. For corporate memberships, your invoice will be issued and sent to you by our sales team based on the corporate billing information provided during the purchase.
